Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to a mountain biking session?

For mountain biking sessions, we recommend bringing appropriate clothing, water, a snack and a sense of adventure.

We can provide a suitable mountain bike from our selection of mountain bikes and e-bikes. 
We can also provide helmets, gloves and waterproof jackets.

How long are the Flow Therapy courses?

Our courses run for 6 weeks, one session a week. Each session will typically last for 2 hours, allowing ample time for relaxation and mindfulness practices.

Although participants are welcome to stay on a bit longer at the end of the session for tea,coffee and a chat.

Do I need any prior art experience to join the Art Therapy Classes?

No prior art experience is necessary for our Art Therapy Classes. These sessions are designed for all levels of creativity and expression.

Do I need previous mountain biking experience?

'Being able to ride a bicycle is essential but the mountain bike side we can tailor the sessions and route choices to your experience

The focus is on a positive experience and all abilities will be catered for.

How do I access the courses?

Trail therapy courses can be accessed through being referred via a body such as the NHS or self-referral. Please just get in contact if you feel you could benefit or are just interested to know more
